This light and spacious house offers every modern comfort as well as traditional Apulian charm. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 49m2 living-room, a large kitchen and a utility room and there’s air-conditioning throughout the house. The panoramic views of the Valle d’Itria from the 30m2 veranda in front of the house are simply stunning and include the hiltop towns of Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Cisternino.

Bordered by an olive grove, there is an independent pool house, which includes a wood-fired pizza oven, hob and fridge inside and a shaded dining area on the terrace outside. The three terraces set among the dry-stone walls lead to a 40m2 saline swimming-pool with views of the olive groves and across the valley.
