Jan, Feb, March, Nov, Dec: €2300 per week
April, May, Oct: €2700 per week
June, Sept: €3200 per week
July August: €3700 per week
20 Dec 2025 – 3 Jan 2026: €2900 per week
The minimum stay is 5 nights except July & August when it is 7 nights
There is an end cleaning fee of €140 & tourist tax of €5 per person per week both to be paid at check-in. A €500 security deposit will be transferred upon final payment for the booking and will be transferred back following check-out when there has been no major damage to the property.
Trullo Davide is ideally suitable for up 6 people. Unfortunately, due the many level differences, steps and terraced landscaping, it is unsuitable for people with mobility restrictions or unsupervised children.
There is a strict no smoking and no pets policy and it is forbidden to use the house or grounds for parties, other group events or commercial activities.
